Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges

  1. 15% if cancelled 15 days or before in advance
  2. 25% if cancelled 14 days in advance.
  3. 50% if cancelled 07 days in advance.
  4. 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
  5. 60% if cancelled 03 days in advance
  6. 100% if cancelled otherwise
  7. Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
  8. For Groups / for Special Celebration Dates (24th, 25th, 30th & 31st of December, and Dev Diwali, Diwali, Vijya Dashmi, Navratri)
  9. 25% if cancelled forty five days in advance.
  10. 50% if cancelled thirty days in advance.
  11. 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
  12. 100% if cancelled fifteen days in advance or later.
  13. Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
  14. Full clearance of bill at the check-out.

Refunds

  1. Refunds through cheque/NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/SWIFT as per suitability of the hotel.
  2. Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 15-20 working days.
  3. Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  4. The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
  5. Credit/debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
